IT Recruiter / HR Manager
Required skills:
● 1+ year of experience as an IT Recruiter
● Hands-on interviewing experience
● Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
● Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
● Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (social media recruiting and Boolean search)
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● At least an intermediate level of English

● Full life-cycle of recruiting for open positions
● Write and post technical job descriptions
● Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
● Interview candidates combining various methods
● Coordinate interviews with technical interviewers, collect feedback
● Draft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
